The School of Rochester City Ballet is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of dancers in a supportive, inclusive, and professional environment. Our faculty is composed entirely of current and former professional dancers, offering exceptional instruction rooted in real-world experience, artistry, and technical excellence. As Rochester’s only ballet school with a fully professional teaching staff, SRCB welcomes dancers of all backgrounds and abilities.
Our curriculum is rooted in the Vaganova technique, emphasizing strong classical foundations, discipline, and artistry. Students gain valuable performance opportunities, including select productions alongside Rochester City Ballet’s professional company, and receive training that prepares them for a future in the professional dance world.
